Rodriguez wins the penultimate stage @ T-A

Joaquim Rodriguez (Katusha) won the 6th stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico with a 1km long burst on the uphill finish into Offida. The main favourites were active today on the undulating stage and after a series of attacks my Danilo DiLuca, Wouter Poels, and Michele Scarponi it was Rodriguez who went just within the final km. After Sagan had been used to chase down every other attack, it was Nibali who stormed out of the chaos to try and catch Rodriguez. The line came just in time for J-Rod and he picked up his first win of the race.
