Giro D’Italia – Stage 18

Andre Greipel has easily won the 18th stage of the Giro D’Italia crushing the competition in this otherwise “shit-small” race. The Gorilla got a good leadout and seemed to barely break a sweat holding off Julian Dean, Greg Henderson and a surging Tiziano Dall’Antonia at the line. This was a classic sprint stage that was flat and with a group finish so there were no changes in the overall GC standings.
