Back to Stanley Park for a 30km loop. We both weren’t feeling great on Tuesday, but kept the pace reasonably high, equaling the pace from last Friday. We’ve got some progress needed ahead of us in terms of both intensity and duration, but as a duo we’re further along than I expected at this point, so that’s really good. For someone who only started riding a road bike last year, Patricia always impresses me.
