Patricia and I did the Stanley loop again Friday, and got up a higher effort for the first 28 kms (3 loops) followed by a gentle spin around for the final 9.2 and then rode home. We’re planning to ride out to Maple Ridge and back Sunday to visit family and that should bring us up to the desired 150 for the week.
