Training Ride #3

I rode a quick route today, from the office three loops of Stanley Park (9.5km x 3) and back to the office. Total distance 34km, time 1:10. My crank set has developed some sort of creak and I’m thinking it’s a square taper, Aluminum Record movement issue, back to the LBS. Critical mass is tomorrow and after two higher intensity rides, the slow spin through the city will be good to move the legs without any strain.
